up to PADI IDC Staff Instructor with
Course Director Nancy Abd El Wahab.



As in any other field, it is beneficial for you to continue your education. This will increase your career possibilities and makes you an important part of the team. It is a step that confirms that you have taken your career seriously. This also shows to your students that you are a role model and a good example for them to follow.


Emergency First Response Instructor (EFR Instructor):

  • In this course you will learn how to teach the student level of Primary Care, Secondary Care and Care for Children.
  • Prerequisite: certified in student level of EFR Primary Care, Secondary Care and (not older then 24 months).


PADI Specialty Instructor:

  • Here you will learn how to organize and market your chosen PADI Specialty.
  • Prerequisite: PADI Assistant Instructor or Open Water Scuba Instructor.


PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT):

  • Here you will learn how to organize and market at least five PADI Specialty courses..
  • Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor with at least 25 certifications of any level to prove teaching experience. The MSDT Prep Course can be done directly after the IDC. (Ask for details on which PADI Specialties are available).


PADI IDC Staff Instructor:

  • After becoming an IDC Staff Instructor you will play an important role in the team of a PADI Instructor Development Course. With this level you are allowed to train PADI Divemasters to become Assistant Instructors.
  • Prerequisite: PADI MSDT Instructor
