During the Assistant Instructor Course you will learn about the Standards of the PADI teaching system. We will show you how to give teaching presentations in the classroom, confined water and open water. The goals for you in the AI course are:

After successfully completing this course, you will earn the rating of a PADI Assistant Instructor. Completing the AI course allows you to join us on the second part of the program (OWSI).

If you are already a PADI Assistant Instructor (AI), you only need to join the second part of the IDC, the OWSI program. However, we would like to invite you for the full IDC. We have a special offer for this.
During the OWSI programs you will learn how to fine tune your teaching abilities. You will have the opportunity to give further teaching presentations in the classroom, confined water and open water.
We will explain to you, in detail, all of the standards and courses, starting from the Open Water Diver course, including the Specialty courses up to the Divemaster course. You will get the chance to get practical experience in these courses.
We will also look into legal risk management. As well we will discus marketing and business. Another area we will look at is adaptive teaching.

After successfully completing the OWSI program you will be qualified to join the Instructor exam. After completing the IDC, you will get our special National Geographic T-Shirt as a gift and you can wear it during the Instructor exam with the rest of your classmates.
